R&R Janitorial Painting & Building Services was founded in October 1994. It started out as a small company with a small, committed staff that worked diligently to become a recognized small business within the local community as well as the local and federal government agencies throughout DC. Over the next ten years, R&R grew to employ over 300 workers who provide services to many of the District’s top federal agencies.

 

R&R is dedicated to its clients, staff, and community. We work hard to become a driving force in the community by creating jobs for local residents. For the past several years, R&R has employed dozens of students and Washington, DC residents for temporary work each summer. We have relocated to a revitalization area to bring a work force presence to an area outside of downtown DC.

 

We provide quality service to R&R’s clients and a great working environment to R&R’s employees. Although running a company is hard work which includes long hours and many responsibilities the owner, Mr. Reyes, still finds time to visit his clients. You will occasionally see him at job sites, working closely with employees and ensuring the customer is satisfied. He provides on the job trainings and believes that education translates to not just a good employee, but a happy and productive one.
